Exercises with a use of the Haidinger phenomenon on the KN-1 are performed passively, ie the patient only observes the Haidinger phenomenon and tries to keep it in the center of the picture. KN-1 is one of the devices used in the Cüpper method for treatment of amblyopia, but it can also be used in conjunction with other devices (combined exercise).
