Tango Reflex™ enables you to perform the full range of anterior and posterior YAG laser procedures, including Laser Floater Treatment (LFT) or Laser Vitreolysis, as well as SLT Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty for glaucoma.

Choose Tango Reflex™ and you can select from four treatment modalities, which comprise:

Tango Reflex™ allows you to switch between treatment modes at the touch of a button, and its intuitive touchscreen means you can adjust treatment parameters quickly and easily.

Reflex Technology™ is the only wholistic laser solution for the treatment of debilitating floaters. Clinically proven to be safe and effective, LFT performed with Reflex Technology™ efficiently vaporizes hyaluronic acid and collagen strands to clear or reduce the size and/or amount of floaters in the vitreous.

Featuring Ellex’s proprietary Reflex Technology™, visualization accuracy and illumination has never been better.

Employing True Coaxial Illumincation (TCI™) provides an enhanced visualization of both the anterior and posterior vitreous. It’s technology that provides a stable and titratable red reflex across the entire working diameter within the pupil, that creates the highest degree of contrast, edge definition and detail shadowing for posterior capsule and throughout the vitreous.

Featuring Ellex’s proprietary Reflex Technology™, Tango Reflex’s visualization in both on-axis and off-axis modes, combined with titratable illumination allows you to accurately visualize the posterior capsule as well as vitreous strands and opacities, and to assess position of floaters relative to the lens or retina.

YAG… low energy, high efficiency

Tango Reflex’s YAG mode features an Ultra Gaussian spot profile and fast rise time. That means you can perform capsulotomies and iridotomies at lower, more efficient energy levels. With less energy delivered into the eye, you’ll be able to carry out HDcap™ capsulotomy with all types of IOLs, and with significantly less risk of lens pitting. Choose Tango Reflex™ and you’ll secure new levels of accuracy with HDcap™ capsulotomy – a perfectly centered, precise capsulotomy that will not affect the tension of the bag and the position of the IOL in the visual axis.

Prevent post-capsulotomy floaters

Employing Ellex’s proprietary Reflex Technology™ (TCI™) to identify capsular fragments, which can give rise to subsequent floaters, Tango Reflex™ can be used to vaporize broken pieces of the fragment and help to prevent the common patient complaint of sudden floater development after capsulotomy.
